MOXIE Nashville Celebrates 10 Years with Expanded Brand Ecosystem and the Launch of The MOXIE Roundtable
NASHVILLE, TN — MOXIE Nashville is celebrating 10 years in business with the launch of a refreshed digital ecosystem, expanded service offerings, and a new live stream consulting forum designed to create more space for real-time strategy conversations around life, business, and career growth.
Founded in 2016 by award-winning marketing leader and scholar-practitioner Dr. Vannesia Darby, MOXIE Nashville began as a social media agency built on an HP laptop in her apartment. Over the past decade, the company has evolved with a focus on helping entrepreneurs and professionals grow both their brands and themselves.
Alongside the company’s growth, Darby earned both a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. She was recently recognized as a 2025 Women in Business Honoree by Nashville Lifestyles and a recipient of the American Marketing Association Foundation’s 4 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Award.
“While MOXIE Nashville will always be rooted in strategy and brand development, the work has naturally evolved beyond social media and digital marketing alone,” said Darby. “Increasingly, the focus has become not just developing brands, but developing the people behind them.”
Introducing The MOXIE Roundtable
One of the company’s newest initiatives is The MOXIE Roundtable, a live-stream consulting forum created to provide more access to real-time strategy conversations.
Inspired by the format of a radio call-in show, participants can submit questions, audio notes, or participate in live Hot Seat conversations focused on business, branding, career development, and personal growth. The Roundtable is designed to create a collaborative environment where audiences can gain insight, perspective, and practical guidance in community.
While the sessions are streamed live, attendees are not on camera and remain unseen unless selected to participate in a Hot Seat segment.
The inaugural MOXIE Roundtable will take place on July 27, 2026, in celebration of MOXIE Nashville’s 10-year anniversary.
